Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries: Frozen strawberries make this smoothie extra thick and cold. If you only have fresh strawberries on hand, it's best to freeze before making this smoothie.
- 1 Large Frozen Banana: Frozen bananas help to make this smoothie thick and creamy.
- 1 3/4 Cup Milk: Unsweetened almond milk works very well, although any non-dairy or regular dairy milk will work with this recipe.
- 1/3 Cup Egg White Protein Powder: Adds 21 grams of protein.
- Toppings: Not necessary, although fresh strawberries and bananas add even more flavor!
